Registration Form - Complete and mail to Bishopswood office.

Health Form - Should be completed and returned two weeks prior to arrival at camp.  Each camper MUST have a Medical Form signed by a physician.

Checklist - This is a general list of things to bring. Let common sense be your guide when packing for camp. Please do not go to great expense to buy items needed only for camp. We have extras of many items at camp that may be borrowed. In general, space is very limited and less is more in the big picture.
