Counselor-In-Training Program Overview

An experienced counselor will guide 12 high school juniors in study, discussion, work, and apprenticeship to discover the many facets of being a good counselor. Time will be provided to learn about the administrative aspects of camp, such as programming, health and safety, the site and business details, and to explore one’s own faith journey. Most CIT’s have had previous camping experience at Bishopswood.
