Dear Prospective Staff Person,

Thank you for your interest in Camp Bishopswood. I hope the information that I am sending with this note will be helpful to you. Please read it carefully, as it is important that you know a bit about Bishopswood as you apply for a summer position.

Please see our Camp Staff Application. If you would like to be considered for a position at Camp Bishopswood, please complete the application and return it to me in a timely manner. Feel free to include any information about yourself that might be helpful to me in evaluating you as a possible staff member, though may not be specifically asked for on the form. Be sure to provide complete information regarding your references. I must be able to contact the persons you suggest. Also, be sure to provide complete information about any certifications that you hold. (If you have already sent me the information on a resume, please note that on the form in the appropriate space.)

I am looking forward to a rich and rewarding summer and I hope you may wish to be a member of the Camp Bishopswood community. Please let me know if I can be of further help to you in this process, i.e. questions, clarification, whatever. I hope to hear from you again soon.
